What is happening? The Duo two-factor authentication (2FA) service will be required for all users signing in to Microsoft 365 (M365) applications. Users not yet enrolled in 2FA will be prompted to enrol when attempting to log in to M365 (see Duo device management instructions in IST Knowledge Base). No service interruption is expected.
This change will impact a very small number of accounts not already requiring 2FA for other applications, such as LEARN and Workday.
When is this happening? Tuesday, April 2, between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.
