Duo 2FA passcode option disabled

What is happening? Information Security Services (ISS) has disabled the passcode option within the Duo Mobile App, preventing use of passcodes to access most applications requiring ADFS logins (passcodes are still enabled for LEARN and Quest). 

What is the impact? When logging in to 2FA-protected applications/services, please use the Duo Push function in place of passcodes (which will be unavailable to all clients). If you do not use the passcode or push functions, continue to use your preferred method of Duo 2FA authentication.
