Man Chun Alan Tam, a PhD Candidate in ECE in the QNC-MBE Group, has just successfully defended his doctoral thesis with Category 1! The title of Alan's thesis is Molecular Beam Epitaxial Growth Optimization for Next Generation Optoelectronic Devices Based on III-V Semiconductors.
