Ida Sadeghi, a PhD Candidate in ECE in the QNC-MBE Group, has just successfully defended her doctoral thesis with Category 1! The title of Ida's thesis is Realization of atomically smooth defect free InGaAs/InAlAs superlattice on InP(111) substrate by molecular beam epitaxy.
