Jacky
Wang
graduated
in
2015
with
a
MASc
degree
in
Electrical
Engineering
under
Professor
Zbig
Wasilewski's
supervision.
Jacky
joined
the
QNC-MBE
team
in
2013
when
he
was
an
exchange
student
from
Soochow
University.
During
his
undergraduate
years,
he
has
taken
over
a
national-level
project
in
STITP.
This
project
focused
on
the
preparation
and
characterization
of
highly
ordered
nanoarray
p-n
junction
materials
with
visible-light
response.
As
an
exchange
student
at
uWaterloo,
he
worked
in
both
Prof.
Wasilewski
and
Prof.
Dayan
Ban’s
labs
learning
about
Terahertz
time-domain
spectroscopy
(TDS)
and
scanning
voltage
microscopy
(SVM)
applied
to
the
characterization
of
quantum
cascade
laser
(QCL)
and
interband
cascade
laser
(ICL).
