Postdoc Guided Meditation

This event will feature an hour of relaxation and balance as we go through a guided meditation facilitated by Jennifer Yuen from Counselling Services. Participants are invited to experience this however they would like in the space (e.g., lying down, sitting on a chair, sitting on the ground, bringing a blanket). All current postdocs at the University of Waterloo are welcome to attend.

Postdoc Winter Welcome

Come join us at our 2024 Postdoc Winter Welcome! At this event you will have the opportunity to network with other postdocs and university staff from across campus, learn about opportunities and resources available for postdocs, and enjoy some delicious snacks. All current postdocs are welcome to attend. Registration is required.
