Online Interview

Future Ready will be using an online interview assessment as part of the application process. A Kira Talent interview allows us to virtually meet you, get a sense of your personality, interests, and language ability, and better understand how Future Ready will benefit you.

How the Online Interview Works:

The process is simple. You will be asked a question in written format, given only a few seconds to collect your thoughts, and a set amount of time to respond. You will respond with video. The whole process should take fewer than 10 minutes to complete and can be done on your own time.
