Ayman Eltaliawy (GSM’11,IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering (with honors) from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2010, and the M.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering (with honors) from the American University in Cairo, New Cairo, Egypt, in 2014. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering with RF/MMIC Group at The University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada.
From 2011 to 2012, he was with Intel Corporation, Hillsboro, OR, USA, for a one-year internship in analog/mixed-signal design with Intel Architecture Group sponsored by Middle East Energy Efficiency Research Program, Intel. From 2014 to 2015, he received a research assistantship from Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC), Durham, NC, USA. His research interests include low-power wide-band RF/mm-wave integrated circuits for wireless communications with emphasis on phased-array RFIC front-ends and power management integrated circuits in advanced CMOS technologies.
