ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome to my website!

I am a recent PhD graduate from the Department of Applied Mathematics here at UW, and I am currently teaching as a sessional lecturer for the Faculty of Mathematics. I have been teaching since the last year of my graduate studies, and am looking forward to many more semesters of teaching and learning.

My research interests are broad, ranging from image compression and image processing, to radar signal processing, optimization, and most recently, the use of fractal methods for image analysis. My doctoral thesis was completed in August 2022 under the supervision of Dr. Edward Vrscay (Applied Mathematics) and Dr. Hamid Tizhoosh (Systems Design Engineering).
