Research Interests
My research interest is in anthropogenic impacts on water resources. More specifically on water quality issues across large spatial and temporal scales, and ways in which climate, land use and management practices impact water quality in anthropogenic landscapes. I am working to better the understanding of human-water interactions at a watershed to continental scale, as well as to better inform water resource policy and water sustainability goals. I aim to work in an interdisciplinary space to integrate water sustainability with data science to answer questions relevant to decision-makers about water sustainability.
Current Work
- Anthropogenic nitrogen impacts on water quality across large spatial and temporal scales
- Improve our understanding of response time of stream water quality to changes in management practices in watersheds across the US
- Finding dominant drivers and ways in which climate, land use and management practices impact water quality in anthropogenic
