About

I'm a UX researcher driven by a passion for understanding users and crafting products that make a meaningful, lasting impact on their lives.

Over the years, I’ve learned how to turn user insights into practical features that really connect with people and improve their experience. I mix different research methods to give teams the info they need to make smart design choices and guide product innovation.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honours from the University of Waterloo, followed by a Master’s in Social Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. I then returned to the University of Waterloo for a Master’s in Digital Experience Innovation, where I delved deeper into how technology can enhance user experiences and drive meaningful interactions. In the past, I've investigated research questions across diverse fields, from cognitive neuroscience to social psychology, and I've applied this knowledge to real-world challenges through my work in regional policy and community engagement.
