Mingcheng He is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo. He joined the Broadband Communications Research (BBCR) Lab, University of Waterloo, and received the Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Professor Xuemin (Sherman) Shen in 2024. He received the B.S. and M.Eng. degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2017 and 2020, respectively. His research interests include space-air-ground integrated networks, network slicing, and machine learning in wireless networks.
