I have recently improved my theory of how to obtain the Hamiltonian and equations of motion of an arbitrary electrical circuit, both classically and quantum mechanically. In particular, I have included holonomic reductions of auxiliry circuits as well as generalized Poisson brackets to treat dissipative networks.
