I am a Ph.D. student in the computer science program under the supervision of Dr. Lila Kari. I received my B.S. degree in Computer engineering at the Sharif University of Technology, where I worked on Anomaly Detection and Deep Unsupervised Learning. Currently, I'm focused on utilizing deep neural networks and machine learning in bioinformatics and computational biology.
