I am aware of the time commitment that will be required by the applicant to complete the degree, including the minimum 462 hours of Practicum (to be carried out at a minimum of two 7-hour days per week) that are to be completed during the program. I understand that the Practicum must be completed outside of any paid employment.
I am aware that accommodations may be required and agree to reasonably assist my employee in meeting the program’s requirements. However, if agency circumstances change after this statement of support is submitted and the agency is no longer able to support the above-mentioned candidate in pursuit of her/his graduate studies, I agree to immediately inform my employee so that she/he may make appropriate decisions regarding completion of the MSW degree.
