Biography/research
Abdallah is a curious student currently pursuing his MASc in Nanotechnology at the University of Waterloo. He graduated with Honours from Biomedical Engineering at Ryerson University in 2013, where he took active roles in several student groups including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) Ryerson Student Chapter. His research in Silicon Thin-film Applied Research (STAR) involves the design of photon-counting readout circuitry for amorphous selenium (a-Se) solid state detectors.
