Author Read and Greet with David Sedlak
Details
SWIGS, in partnership with the Environment Graduate Students Association (EGSA), the UWaterloo Climate Book Club, and the Water Institute are excited to present a ‘Read and Greet’ with Dr. David Sedlak, where we discuss his book Water for All: Global Solutions for a Changing Climate.
The Read and Greet will include a guest lecture from Dr. Sedlak, as well as a workshop event which will focus on the last section of the book ("Planning for a change"). There'll be a form circulated to registrants a day or two prior to the event that will give you the chance to share questions to be discussed beforehand. Light refreshments and pastries will be available.
There is a free digital copy of the book accessible through the UW Library
This is also the Climate Book Club’s April pick. If you’d like to join the discussion, reach out to Kayne Boyall (kboyall@uwaterloo.ca)
