Get your ugly Christmas sweaters out of the closet, we are having our Holiday Party on December 1st this year! This year we will be going to both Wellington Brewery for a tour and tasting, then off to Heuther Hotel in Uptown Waterloo! What a fantastic way to launch the month of December off. The general schedule for the event will be:
- bus arrives on Waterloo campus at 5pm to take us to Wellington Brewery in Guelph
- enjoy tour and ~2.5 pints at Wellington
- board bus at ~7:30pm to go to Heuther Hotel
- arrive Heuther Hotel at 8pm, enjoy food

What else will be happening at our Holiday Party? Well without giving too much away, let me assure you that (a) it will be tremendous, and (b) SWIGS knows how to throw a holiday party. There may or may not be (wink wink) dressed up executives, an ugly sweater and/or best costume prize, raffle prize for attendees, water-themed baked goods, take home Christmas ornaments, who knows! Get your tickets now and find out on December 1st, but we promise a good time!
There is limited capacity for both venues, 46 people for the bus to Wellington and 50 people at Heuther Hotel, so get your tickets early! Tickets are an absolute bargain at $10 this year, since we want to make this a fun event for as many people as possible to come. The tickets will be limited to water students until November 23rd, at which point we will open it up to plus ones and non-water students. If you are a non-water student and are keen on going, put your name into on our form to be at the top of the waiting list when ticket sales open up to non-water students.
To purchase your ticket, please put your name into our ticket purchasing form, and we will send you to the nearest office of one of our lovely executives to give you a physical ticket. Your seat on the bus is NOT guaranteed until you have your physical ticket, so please do not procrastinate.
