Textbook Datasets
Three datasets are used in the end-of-chapter labs – Iris, Two-Arc, and Sunshine. These are made available to you in three formats:
- The Datasets in CSV format file, readable by many spreadsheet and numerical analysis programs
- The Datasets in Excel (xlsx) format, for loading into Microsoft Excel
- The Datasets in Matlab format
Figures within the End-of-Chapter Problems
Some of the end-of-chapter problems have associated figures. In many cases it is convenient to be able to download and print these figures, to draw on and mark up, as part of answering the problem. All of these are linked directly from the electronic version of the text, but are listed here for reference:
