Leaders Circle

Leaders Circle

What is the Leaders Circle?

The Leaders Circle is a generous community of donors who give between $1,000 and $24,999 annually.

Collectively, Leaders Circle donors gave over $4.2 million last year to a variety of areas including scholarships and awards, academic program support, new facilities, the library, athletics and recreation, student wellness, and more!

Thank you for being part of a community that empowers our students, faculty and researchers to achieve their highest potential.

"After moving to Waterloo in 1963, we have seen the community transform before our eyes, in large part because of the opportunities provided by the University to foster groundbreaking research, aid student success and establish new businesses. We are very proud to be a contributing factor to making this ongoing, community-wide change possible."

Rodrick and Alberta Jack, Leaders Circle donors

"I came to Waterloo in the 1960s and never looked back. The co-op work terms helped me gain invaluable real-life experience as an 18-year-old. It’s a big deal when you’re a first-year student and you’re given an opportunity to attend a world-class university like Waterloo. Giving back is important to me and I want to help new undergraduate students get a leg up like I did. That is why I choose to give in memory of my wife, June, who was a Warrior to the end."

Armie Francescut (BASc ’71), Leaders Circle donor
