Adeyinka Okeowo is a PhD student in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo. Her research lies at the intersection of social and behavioral
sciences, digital literacy, misinformation, and cybersecurity. She is particularly interested in understanding social and behavioral changes following retirement and how older adults' interactions with online health information may increase their vulnerability to health misinformation.
