Important dates for undergraduate students

Undergraduate students should visit the graduation and convocation web page for instructions on how to apply to graduate for the October convocation ceremony.

Registered students can view their official and complete term grades, along with academic standing, in Quest.

Specified enrolment reserves - used to save seats for students in certain programs during the early stages of the Drop/Add Period - on most classes will be removed on this date, opening remaining seats in classes to all students. See the Schedule of Classes for the updated remaining spaces.

Any reserves not removed from undergraduate courses will be listed on The Centre website after this date.

Not Fees Arranged (NFA) holds are applied to student accounts which are not yet Fees Arranged for the term.

The Course Selection Period is the first phase of course registration, and it is recommended that all undergraduate students participate in the process. See How do I select courses in Quest for a future term?

The Drop Period ends. Classes dropped prior to or on this day will be removed from the academic record. See how to drop a class in Quest.

Deadline to receive 100% of charges removed for withdrawing from the term, completing degree requirements, or dropping a course. See Student Financial Services website.

WD (Withdrew, no credit granted) grade assigned for class(es) dropped during the WD period; see also Drop with WD ends.

Requests for relief for consecutive final examinations are generally due two weeks after the final examination schedule is released.

Requests for accommodations on religious or creed-related grounds for final examinations should normally be made within two weeks of the final examination schedule being released. Students must contact their instructor by the deadline.

Deadline to receive 50% of charges for tuition, co-op fee, and student services fees removed for withdrawing from the term, completing degree requirements, or dropping a course. All other charges remain on student accounts. See Student Financial Services website.

Class schedules have been created for the next academic term, and registered students can begin to view, in Quest, their term class schedule and Drop/Add Period appointment time to make adjustments. See How to view appointment time for the beginning of drop/add?

Note: The Add Period continues for all students until the last day to add a class for the term.
