Research: Chloe’s research interests include carotid artery longitudinal wall motion and arterial wave reflections. She is currently investigating the origins of aortic wave reflections via peripheral limb heating and the impact of sedentary behaviour on wave reflections. 

Awards: NSERC USRA, CSEP Scholarship for Persons from Underrepresented Groups.  

Bio: Chloe completed her BSc in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in 2021 and decided to pursue her MSc in the VORTEX Lab starting in the Fall of 2021. During her undergraduate degree, she was involved in the School of Anatomy where she was a part of the Volunteer Prosection Training Program and High School Outreach Volunteer Teaching Team. Outside of school, Chloe was a provincial level gymnast for 10 years, representing Team Ontario in Florida (2013) and Mexico (2014). Currently, most of her free time is spent camping, baking, drinking too much coffee, or binge-watching New Girl for the 15th time.
