Research: I am currently interested in comparing the vascular profiles of breast cancer patients to healthy age—and sex-matched controls and whether a 12-week exercise program positively impacts the central vascular profile of breast cancer patients. We will also evaluate the feasibility of the CONNEQT Pulse as an at-home monitoring device for vascular health amidst active treatment and therapy for breast cancer.

Bio: I grew up in Smiths Falls, ON and completed my BSc in Kinesiology (2024) (co-operative program), minoring in Medical Physiology at the University of Waterloo. If I am not on campus, you can find me in the gym training as a powerlifter or at home with my cat Howie crocheting another sweater.
