BIO 499 Thesis Student

Research: My BIOL 499 honours thesis focuses on how different regions of the femoral artery bifurcation respond to changes in blood flow. I am using ultrasound to non-invasively assess endothelial function and investigate whether different regions of the femoral bifurcation show different dilation responses. I am interested in how local differences in blood flow may reflects vascular function.
Bio: I am an Honours Biology student at the University of Waterloo and I'm in my last year of undergrad. Outside of school, I usually like to stay at home and make scarf or fridge magnets while listening to audiobooks.
