The University of Waterloo
The 9th International Conference on Virtual Machining Process Technology (VMPT 2020) will be held at the University of Waterloo's main campus.
The University of Waterloo, established in 1957, is located in the heart of the Waterloo Region. The University of Waterloo, noted as Canada's most innovative university (Maclean's 2019) for 27 years in a row, was established in 1957 and is home to Canada's largest Faculty of Engineering with more than 9,900 students.

Engineering 7 (E7)
The majority of the conference will take place in the Engineering 7 (E7) building on campus. E7 is located on the east side of Ring Road, and is most easily accessible from Phillip Street.

University Club (UC)
The conference banquet dinner, being held on May 20, 2020, will be held at the University Club. The University Club is conveniently located in the heart of the University of Waterloo’s main campus, within easy walking distance of most buildings. They also offer complimentary and dedicated parking adjacent to the building.

Parking
For accessing Engineering 7 (E7), Lot Q, accessible from Phillip Street, is the most convenient visitor parking location for $5/day. Other recommended parking locations are Lot N, X, and W.
For conference attendees staying overnight at the on-campus accommodations (Ron Eydt Village), free parking is available in Lots S and V, with overflow parking in Lot J.
