Understanding your strengths can help you identify what enables you to perform at your best. Everyone has a unique combination of strengths that shape how we respond to tasks, situations, and challenges. This session uses a strength-based approach to support your personal and professional development. Discover how you can leverage your skills to create innovative solutions for complex water challenges.
In this workshop, you will complete the CliftonStrengths assessment to reveal your personalized 'Top 5 Talent Themes' and understand their impact on you. Through individual reflection, small group activities, and large group discussions, we will explore how to harness your strengths to your advantage, both in your career and personal life.
