Faculties operating budget allocation
The Faculties’ operating budget allocation consists of attribution of operating revenues to each faculty, inter-divisional teaching adjustment, charges for space and Academic Support Unit (ASU) costs. Additional funding is available to the Faculties in the University Fund for strategic priorities and budget transition support.
The transition support is in place so that Faculties operating budgets will not be lower than the established baseline.
The Academic Support Units operating budget allocation
The ASU budget requests are reviewed by the Accountability Board and the President and Provost determine the ASU operating budgets. Additional funding is available to ASUs in the University Fund.
