Attending in-person?
Free parking is available in lots N and X
Event check-in will take place from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. at Federation Hall.
A welcome presentation, mock lecture and campus partner panel will follow from 9:30 to 11:45 a.m.
From 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., you will have the opportunity to participate in your choice of progams. A drop-in lunch will be available from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. with pitas from Pita Pit and cookies from Sweet Lou’s. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated where possible. You can also participate in activities such as campus housing tours, connecting with campus services and picking up your WatCard.
Attending virtually?
The welcome presentation will be live streamed from 9:30 to 11:45 a.m. on MS Live Events. The link will be available on your Portal registration. All students registered will be sent a link to access the live- streamed presentation the day before the event.
