Waterloo Climate Institute Resources
Foundational climate adaptation modules and case studies
The Waterloo Climate Institute is working on a series of open access teaching/learning resources to help instructors integrate climate adaptation into foundation courses in engineering, accounting, architecture, landscape architecture and planning. Coming in 2026/27!
Curriculum Briefs
Waterloo Climate Institute’s climate change education curriculum briefs: each contains a list of suggested competencies, a reading list and teaching/learning resources.
Download the climate change curriculum briefs here:
The French versions of these briefs are still being developed, and will be available soon. | Les versions françaises de ces mémoires sont en cours d'élaboration et seront disponibles prochainement.
Climate Institute Policy and Technical Briefs
This series of briefs provide current, evidence-based information on climate science topics, highlighting policy recommendations for decision makers, but they are also an excellent source of information that can be used in the classroom. Access the policy briefs here.
