Collaboration was top of mind at this year’s Waterloo Innovation Summit, “Rethinking global travel: Designing more sustainable journeys from A to B.”

On April 21, alumni and business leaders gathered at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto to explore the latest advances in sustainable transportation. Audiences learned about groundbreaking research partnerships and bold business ventures across the travel sector, including electric and autonomous vehicles, aeronautics, clean energy and urban planning.

As the top research university in Canada and a world leader in co-operative education, the University of Waterloo is well known to North American industry and government leaders.
