AI is changing how we access information, including information about our health. But making good decisions still starts with understanding our values and priorities.

Dr. Trent Cash, a Lupina Foundation Postdoctoral Research Scholar based in the School of Psychology, is investigating how self-awareness of our decision-making processes (knownas metacognitive knowledge) can lead to better decisions about our health and beyond.  In the latest issues of Arts & Letters, the Faculty's alumni newsletter, Dr. Cash looks at how we can use AI to help us better understand our decision-making process — and communicate better with health professionals.
