The Arts Student Union (ASU) has a simple but strict policy regarding the placement of posters in arts buildings. In order for a poster to be placed on an ASU poster board it must be brought to Arts Lecture Hall (AL) 120 to be approved by an ASU member. Once the poster has been approved, an ASU member will put them on the appropriate boards.
In order for a poster to be approved, it cannot be advertising alcohol use or soliciting. Additionally, there can be no offensive content on the poster.
Any posters that are put up without the approval of an ASU member will be removed.
The Arts Student Union reserves the right to accept and decline posters based on our constitution and the University of Waterloo regulations.
