If you are looking to be reimbursed by the Arts Student Union (ASU), please fill out a Cheque Request Form (PDF) and submit it to the ASU office (AL 120). All cheque requests must include a itemized list as well as a receipt stapled behind the cheque request form. For further details, please review the Cheque Request Form Instructions.
All cheques will be ready within two weeks for pickup.

If you have an event you would like to run but are short on funding, you can ask the ASU to help! Simply submit a request to present to the ASU council (consisting of ASU executives and representatives from each Arts society). You can submit a request by filling out the Grant/Loan proposal form online.
WUSA Event Form
All Societies are required to complete a WUSA Event Form at least two weeks prior to their event(s) and are only permitted to proceed if given permission. This is also the form a society would use for room booking purposes.
