Council Policy
In order for arts societies to receive their funding at the end of the term, they must fulfil their society allotment requirements. This includes at least one representative from the societyattending the majority of the meetings. A society must attend a minimum of four council meetings to receive their funding. The Arts Student Union (ASU) keeps detailed records of council meeting information including detailed council minutes for anyone who may be interested.
Forms
There are a few requests for which forms must be submitted, including cheque requests and grant/loan proposals. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact an ASU executive member directly or submit the Contact us form online!
Our Logo
In an effort to increase unity and collaboration between societies and ASU, the ASU LOGO must be used on all event posters, official documents, and marketing materials.
