Fall 2020 Resiliency Campaign

Friday, October 2, 2020

Resiliency, as defined by the Resiliency Working Group, is “a process of using internal and external resources to manage challenging circumstances.” This definition was approved by the President’s Advisory Committee on Student Mental Health (PAC-SMH) and will be embedded into programming and training across campus.

The Resiliency Working Group is looking for students, staff, faculty, postdoctoral fellows and alumni to share their own personal stories of resilience. These stories will be housed on the Building Resiliency website, promoted during Thrive Week, and featured on social media. If you, or anyone one you know would be interested in participating in this campaign, please share this message, and use the following form to submit a personal story of resilience.
