Welcome to the office of the Associate Provost, Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE). This site offers information about our Associate Provost, as well as the entire CEE portfolio including Co-operative Education, the Centre for Career Action (CCA), the Work-Learn Institute (WxL), the Centre for Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), International Strategic Initiatives and CEE Business Services.

Our CEE unit is made up of researchers, academics, dedicated staff and students committed to our mission to equip and empower learners for the future of work and lifelong learning. We do so by developing talent for a complex future, advancing research, and strengthening Waterloo’s sustainable and diverse communities through work-integrated learning.

Waterloo’s Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) unit has once again displayed innovation in sustainability with another award-winning project. CEE’s focus on sustainability through international work terms has earned the unit the Sustainability Education Award- Silver at the Reimagine Education Conference and Awards.

As long-time members of Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE), Scott (BES ‘84, MA ‘88) and Linda (BA ‘81) Davis both know the importance of work-integrated learning at the University of Waterloo. As a testament to that importance, the Davises have committed $5,000 to the Co-op for Community fund.
