- RFP Review: Nov 16 – Nov 29, 2024 – Review and evaluation of RFP submissions.
- Awarding of Contract: First week of December
- Draft Request for Proposals (RFP): Finalize RFP to select a Prime Consultant.

December 2024 - August 2025: Post-award stage
- Phase I: Pre-Design: Initial planning and needs assessment begins after the Prime Consultant is selected.
- Phase II: Exploration and Schematic Design: Consultants create initial designs and explore project concepts.
- Phase III: Design Development: Refine and finalize design choices in line with the university’s vision.
- Phase IV: Draft Campus Plan: Develop the draft Campus Plan, incorporating community feedback and design elements.
