The Interdisciplinary Centre on Climate Change (IC3) is pleased to be partnering with THEMUSEUM and 50x30WR to host The ALARM Dialogues: A Climate Conversationon January 27 at 7:00 pm. Five of IC3's members will be participating in the event and sharing their reflections on the need for ambitious GHG emission reduction targets, and the impact a bold regional climate action plan could have on creating a more just and sustainable society.

IC3's Executive Director Daniel Scott joins CBC host Laura Lynch on the CBC Radio podcast What on Earth. In the episode "The future of winter" Daniel discusses the future of tourism and winter sports in our changing climate. Daniel sheds light on the reality of Canada's ski industry as well as the future of the winter olympics in a warming climate.

Yimin Wu, IC3 member and professor in the Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering department, sits down with University Relations to discuss the artifical leaf, an innovative technology that will help reduce emissions and fight climate change.
