The CPA Ontario Centre for Performance Management Research and Education at the University of Waterloo is holding a half-day conference on employee motivation.
The event will begin with an interactive panel discussion about employee motivation issues lead by three highly experienced business leaders: Carol Leaman (CEO of Axonify), Lynn Wilson (retired, former Director of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at EY) and Fazlin Bandali (Director of Business Operations at Shopify).
The second portion of the event will consist of brief presentations by leading academics of key findings from field studies examining employee motivation issues. Attendees will have opportunities to ask questions during both portions of the event.
The event will conclude with lunch where there will be an opportunity for attendees to continue the discussion about employee motivation issues.
