We held our 4th Performance Management Field Research Symposium on April 24-25, 2025 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and we had 51 academic registrants from across North America, Europe, and Singapore. The symposium was jointly sponsored by SAF's CPA Ontario Centre for Sustainability Reporting and Performance Management and the Robert Beyer Center for Managerial Accounting and Control at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The symposium featured four research working paper presentations focused on different performance management topics with the common theme of the research being that all of the studies rely on field-based data and tackle a practice-relevant issue.
