Sustainable transportation plan consultations coming up

A message from the Sustainable Transportation Planning group.
The University of Waterloo is developing its first Sustainable Transportation Plan, which will establish key directions for how the campus can support accessible and sustainable transportation choices over the short, medium, and long term. Campus members are invited to connect with us about transportation barriers and opportunities within UWaterloo with key focus areas including commuting, movement around and between campuses, parking, and UW-owned fleet vehicles.

Individuals with lived experience with access barriers to transportation or supporting someone with a disability are further invited to drop in* during one of the following additional sessions:
- Friday, January 17, 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., online via MS Teams, please register online to receive the Teams link;
- Accessible transportation engagement session, Tuesday, January 21, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Student Life Centre, Black & Gold room (elevator available); and

Changes to library book return bins around campus

A message from the Library.
Over the last several years the number of books returned through the many bins located around campus has reduced substantially. To consolidate this service, the number of book return bins are being reduced from 18 to five.
The remaining book bins are South Campus Hall (SCH), BC Matthews Hall (BMH), Student Life Centre (SLC), Dana Porter Library and Davis Centre.
Bins at SCH, BMH and SLC will continue to be emptied Monday through Friday. Any questions can be directed to Library Ask Us.
