Adrian
Mellage,
currently
a
Research
Associate
at
the
University
of
Tuebingen, has
recieved
the
W.B.
Pearson
Medal
in
recognition
of
creative
research
presented
in
his
doctoral
thesis
tilted
"Hydrobiogeophysics: Linking
geo-electrical
Properties
and
Biogeochemical
Processes
in
Shallow
Subsurface
Environments". In
celebration
of
this
achievement,
Adrian attended
a
luncheon
at
the
University
Club,
together
with
his
PhD
supervisors,
Drs.
Philippe
Van
Cappellen
and
Fereidoun
Rezanezhad,
where
the
award
was
presented.

The
award
was

in honour
of
the
contribution
of Professor
