ERG members attend the Joint Conference of ISEH ICEPH & ISEG on Environment and Health

The Joint Conference of ISEH ICEPH & ISEG on Environment and Health was held at the University of Galway, Ireland, on August 11-18, 2024. The Conference’s overall theme was Environment, Health, GIS and Agriculture in the Big Data Era and addressed some of the most pressing issues humans and the global environment are currently facing. ERG members Philippe Van Cappellen and Jovana Radosavljevic attended the conference. Philippe served on the Conference’s Steering Committee. Jovana presented a talk entitled “Tracing historical water quality changes in a Canadian lake: Unveiling shifts from agriculture to urbanization from sediment cores”. The talk was given in the session on water quality that Jovana co-chaired.
