Townsend,
a
current
MSc
student
in
the
Ecohydrology
Research
Group,
has
been
awarded
an
Ages
Foundation
Bursary
from
the
rare
Charitable
Research
Reserve. She
received
this
award
for
her
research
on
the
effects
of
ice
formation
and
the
non-growing
season
on
nutrient
mobility
in
agricultural
soils.
