Jovana visits the China University of Geosciences (CUG)

ERG member Jovana Radosavljevic recently returned from a month-long academic visit to the China University of Geosciences (CUG) in Wuhan. During her stay, from February 15 to March 18, she collected and analyzed methane emissions data from ponds in China. She also studied methane dynamics in groundwater systems and iodine contamination in coastal groundwater—an important environmental health issue in many regions. Jovana worked with CUG professors Yamin Deng and Kunfu Pi, as well as their students.
