Noelle defends her MSc thesis!

Ecohydrology Research Group MSc student Noelle Starling successfully defended her thesis on January 15, 2026. Noelle's thesis is titled "Leveraging Long term water quality monitoring data to elucidate drivers and controls on N and P loading in the Lake Winnipeg Basin". 

Noelle was supervised by Dr. Philippe Van Cappellen (Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences and Ecohydrology Research Group) and Dr. Chris Parsons (Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences and Ecohydrology Research Group). The committee included Dr. Andrea Brookfield (Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences) and Dr. Helen Jarvie (Department of Geography and Environmental Management).
