University of Waterloo signs MOU with Can Tho University, Vietnam

A delegation from Can Tho University led by Rector Tran Trung Tinh visited Waterloo to explore collaborative opportunities in research and education. Can Tho University will host the new EARTH 490 – Mekong Delta in December-January. As the instructor of the course, Philippe was invited to attend the signing of the MOU between the two universities.
