From March 2 to March 27, 2013, Steffanie Scott and Zhenzhong Si traveled across China to learn more about the emerging ecological agriculture sector. We visited ecological and organic farms, farmers’ markets, food companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academic researchers, government agencies and many other institutions, and talked to key players in this sector.
