The Presentation Dates are as follows:

• Faculty/Miscellaneous Proposals | Monday, November 7th at 6 p.m.
• Student Proposals | Tuesday, November 8th at 6 p.m. 
• Decision Meeting | Thursday, November 10th at 6 p.m.

Hi everyone,

I would like to start by apologising to all student design teams and the faculty for the delay in reimbursements and meetings from last semester. However, the WEEF Board of Directors would like to remind everyone that we are students doing our best, but sometimes things happen, and mental health needs to come first. We really appreciate everyone’s patience and support!

The Proposal Deadline has been extended to October 29th, 2020 at 11:59 pm

The Presentation Dates are as follows:

• Student Team Presentations | Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 - 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Decision Meeting | Thursday, November 5th, 2020 - 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

WEEF Proposals are being accepted yet again for the Fall 2020 term!

Proposal deadline: Friday, October 23rd, 2020 at 11:59 pm.

The funding coucil/presentation dates have not yet been determined as they require special planning for those in different time zones. 

To account for this, after the submission deadline, you will be emailed separately to choose a presentation slot on the TBA dates. (The presentation dates should be around early November)

WEEF proposals are soon being accepted again for Spring 2020!
The deadline for this semester will be Wednesday July 8th, 2020 at 11:00 pm.

Proposals will open in the coming days so check the website frequently.

Please be sure to read the funding guidelines prior to submitting your proposal. Remember WEEF does not typically fund consumables or competition fees.
